A few weeks ago, I tagged along a couple of friends from Team Muni for a mini-project.
Still getting permission if I can post the video here but It’s a short film to describe Manila as a creative hub. Between drinking coffee and taking safety shots, I also caught up with them and learned about their plans as well about Muni Market Day (after the jump!) Then a long-ish drive to Intramuros ensued. It’s been a while since I’ve been to this part of Manila. I actually forgot how to go to the walled city – though back in college I was always in this part of the capital *don’t ask hihi*. We also dropped by Manila Collectible – an all Filipino products curator in the corner of Cabildo and Beaterio streets, where we saw a both familiar and new local brands. #BuyLocal you guys 🙂
Gotta love spontaneous weekends!
THIS SATURDAY 3/28, Muni will also host the third Muni Market Day at Capitol Commons. Whether you’re interested in local brands, local music, or just wanting to spend your weekend in a different way – through different workshops – and other stuff, there’s something for everyone at Muni Market Day!
Muni is a community of Cultural Creatives passionate about mindful living, a life wherein we are more critical about how we shop, eat, travel, work, and play each and every day.
